  • High Season- 7 night minimum unless booked within 30 days
  • Low & Mid-Season- 4 night minimum
  • Nightly rates- divide weekly rates by 5
  • Holiday premiums exist during the following weeks: 11/18/06-11/24/06 (Thanksgiving), 12/23/06-12/29/06 (Christmas), 12/30/06-01/05/07 (New Years), 1/06/07-1/13/07 (BCS Bowl), 1/13/07-1/19/07 (Barrett Jackson), 1/27/06-2/2/07 (Phoenix Open), 6/30/07-7/6/07 (4th of July)
